If Dr Seuss were to write a book on pregnancy, I think it would go something like this:

Sick and Tired,

Tired and Sick.

Sick of being Tired

And Tired of being Sick.

And then there would be the chapters on food which would go something like this:

Macaroni Saturday

Macaroni in the morning,

Macaroni at night,

Macaroni in the middle

And things start to be all right.

(next page)

But NO macaroni on Sunday.

You poor thing! Just be thankful there is something you feel like eating :). One lady told me she about had to eat Campbell’s tomato soup (ugh) and another said it was cooked potatos for her. Potatos w/ sour cream, salt and butter actually didn’t feel too bad for me. I always thought, ‘Just so the baby turns out alright!’ Jan

I think it’s the big purple dinosaur’s little friend “Baby Bop” who sings, Macaroni, macaroni, mac ‘n cheese, Three times daily, pretty please?….  Sounds like that could be your meal theme song these days!

RYC:  Yes, the boys were both Christians, and the family feels that they were both ready to meet Jesus.  I think that’s a wonderful testimony, considering the fact that many teenagers that age really struggle.  The funeral is this morning.  ~Jo

I was hoping so much that this pregnancy would be easier on you. Macaroni? Takes me back to Wilda Lake and David Lee getting you some before you ever got out of bed!

Auralie is actually 2 1/2 but has very good communication skills for her age.

Hi, thanks for what you wrote… yes, whatever the circumstances are, good-byes are hard. The promise of heaven is an awesome one, and also of the fact that Stirling’s only about 8hrs drive north, less than 1h flight, so we hope to do some travelling, and I hope to attend Bible College about 1 1/2 hrs from here… God has plans for us up there, and PLEASE remember us in prayer esp. next wk! Hope you feel better soon. Mom sure can sympathize with you!! ๐Ÿ™‚

ugh….. to well I remember the days. I can still shutter over a crisp green apple since I must have eaten a bushel or more over those couple months! Blessings to you and praying it won’t last to long!

Joe remembers? Wow, you made quite an impression! We were probably all fascinated with the requests of a pregnant lady since we hadn’t experienced it yet. Now we know that anything’s possible!

Do you ever wonder what it will be like to hang out with KIDS instead of just little baby Adam? I do, and worry about it sometimes. Things have really changed…

Me again, on the what? third? comment of this post? Yes, I’ve been small all along. But growing, so I’m not worried. No, ultrasounds don’t scare me I just hate them. I did have 2 with K, and 2 with my molar pregnancy. So this makes 7. It would be a little more exciting if they would just tell me what we’re having.

The mall idea sounds lovely. Because I’m pretty sure K will be at the center of many fights.

Are you feeling any better today?

Okay, I won’t tell you what I had for supper tonight.

Missed you this weekend. Really! I loved the scrapsheets you’d done for your in-laws and all. We had a lovely, but very LONG weekend. The trip home…seriously, I haven’t been so sick of traveling for quite a long time. I could barely walk after it was all over. But the cousin time was good, even though there were only a few of us.

    Take care, lady. ‘Kay?
