Today I am filled with gratitude because

It’s 16 degrees outside and I have a warm house
-
My son whines when he is bored … it means he can talk, reason, and his brain is wanting to grow and expand
-
God has blessed my husband’s business financially … I don’t have to leave for work at 6 AM
-
I spent a good bit of time on the phone … it means I have friends and family
-
My husband walked in the door tonight … after a toe board / ladder system gave way today and he started sliding off a 12′ roof. Thank you, God, for stopping him
-
Two days of snow and ice that freed David Lee to work on the house and hire a few of the guys to help him
-
“The Brothers” as they are dubbed at work, offered to donate their time yesterday. What a gift! Thank you!

God has given us the gift of grace
Good thoughts! Just today I was thinking about how I can CHOOSE to be grateful and how that changes my perspective on life. On the other hand I can just see the negatives…and make everyone close to me suffer…I’m afraid I do that too often. Bring on the grace! =) Happy late Vday to you too.

Hi! I don’t know you but have enjoyed reading your posts and just now put two and two together that you and twofus are sisters. I enjoy her site as well but have never let myself known. I’m livingwater4me’s sis in law if that helps you out any. I like the way you looked at the positives on the above post.. nothing more beautiful, and can give me a whole different approach to life when I dwell on good things. I’ll probably be back some more.

jumping up and down is not limited to 4 year olds. it is a sign that your heart is still alive and feels. so JUMP UP AND DOWN all you want, it also gives you a bonus of keeping you young!!:) i love you, michelly!
