Adam wanted to email Liam so I got him set up at the computer where he typed with concentration.

Since I always get in trouble when I try to interpret what he wrote, I moved Liam’s high chair over to the computer and had him wait for it to come in and read it himself. Here is the oral version the best I can remember.
I love you.
I am your brother and you are my brother and we don’t have a sister yet.
I like playing with you and taking care of you and reading to you. I love you.
Remember when I showed you the pictures in that book and we had hot chocolate?
I love you. Good bye.

aww, that’s so sweet. Adam looks like so much fun!
Don’t they just melt your heart sometimes!!!
Wow! 🙂 Quite the lengthy letter he wrote there!! My girls love sending (& receiving) emails too! 😉
That is too sweet. I love when they do things like that.
Sweet! 🙂
That’s cute! It seems like such a long time since I’ve seen your boys. Actually, I guess it has been at least a month. =/ Maybe now we can make up for lost time. =)
Aw, that’s just the cutest thing! He must be a terrific big brother!
Way to go Adam 🙂
cherish each special moment…. after awhile there are days you have to bring them, out among the fighting and remember that there is love around :)…..
you are so very welcome to come teach. Hopefully these 15+ elementary students won’t know that I really have no clue!!! I had a teacher for it lined up and she ended up sending her boy back to school…..so with no volunteers we decided to take turns. Just glad my turn is the heart, not something I really am ignorant of! I got the brainy idea to take their pulse or whatever but I don’t know how 🙂 so I am hoping someone does if I supply a stethescope~!
@willeywonderings – OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, my specialty at that. I worked in the CCU for 3 yrs and LOVED it. Let them listen to heart sounds, yes, but also show them all the cool places you can take a pulse. Use your first two fingers and try your wrist, carotid — move your fingers from the front of the throat into that sort of “gulley”, brachial — inside of your elbow– and then if you get really good find the DP and PT in your feet. One is on top and one sort of behind your ankle. These might take you more time and might be too hard for you to do w/ kids. Oh, and I think I’d skip the femoral! There are so many fun facts about the heart too but I’ll stop!
That letter is too cute!
